programme of racing on the Brands Hatch Indy circuit. The BMCRC is known
for producing close, exciting amateur racing and highlights include MRO
Stock 600, MRO Minitwins and the BMZRC 250 MZs. There will also be action
from the stars of tomorrow in the MRO Superteens series for young racers,
plus daredevil racing from the F1 and F2 sidecars. |

the UK’s largest motorcycle racing clubs with over 400 enthusiastic members.
Its 2010 season kicks off on the Brands Hatch Indy circuit this March with
racing from the evocative Sound of Thunder category and thrilling F2 sidecars.
Other highlights include a Newcomers Open event for novice racers, plus
action from Formula 125 bikes up to 125cc, Mini Twins, Pre Injection class
for machines built before 2001 and Metzeler DTR Streetstocks. |

MSVR is the racing division
of MotorSport Vision and its exciting programme of club car racing gets
underway with a special ‘season starter’ event on the Brands Hatch Indy
circuit. Sports cars, saloons and single seaters will all be taking to
the track during MSVR’s opening event of 2010, including the popular Lotus
on Track Elise Trophy, in which capacity grids are anticipated. The first
ever race from the Club MSV Trackday Trophy for novice racers will take
place on Saturday, plus the Monoposto racing series and Golf GTI Championship
both join the MSVR bill for some fast-paced single seater and hot hatch
racing respectively. There will also be action from the Gaz Shocks Production
BMW series, Toyo Tires Racing Saloons, Dunlop Motorsport News Saloons,
SEMSEC sports and saloons, Cannons Tin Tops, Intermarque and the Champion
of Brands competition for Formula Fords. |

The British Superbike Championship

The 2010 MCE Insurance British
Superbike Championship kicks off at Brands Hatch on Easter weekend - the
first time to see all the new rider and team line ups in the flesh! The
new season is already gearing up to be an epic, with former World and British
champion Neil Hodgson making his much-anticipated return to the BSB paddock
after signing for the Motorpoint Yamaha team last week. Other riders already
confirmed include crowd favourites Yukio Kagayama and Tommy Hill at Worx
Crescent Suzuki. The 2010 season also marks the introduction of the new
Evolution class so fans can expect some frantic fairing-bashing racing
when BSB returns to the track for the first time in 2010. The Indy circuit
always produces hectic racing, with fans treated to some of the best views
of the track, so don’t miss out on the highly-charged season opener! |

grass roots car racing from the 750 Motor Club, featuring sports cars,
saloons, single seaters and kit cars. Among the line-up taking to the Brands
Hatch Indy circuit will be sleek Formula 4 two-seater sports cars and historic
racing for early Austin 7 specials and 500cc F3 cars from the 750 Formula
series. There will also be racing from the SAXMAS series for late 90s Citroen
Saxos, Formula Vee single seaters and road going bike-engined cars. |

The British Touring Cars Championship

The Bank Holiday celebrations
get underway with a thrilling triple header on the Grand Prix circuit
from the Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship.
The BTCC is known for its fierce rivalries and doorhandle-to-doorhandle
racing, and the superb Grand Prix circuit never fails to produce some
close battles and brave manoeuvres. On the championship’s last visit
for the 2009 season finale, a record 35,000 witnessed the Team RAC BMW
of Colin Turkington defeat VX Racing’s Fabrizio Giovanardi and Racing
Silverline Chevrolet’s Jason Plato. Not only that, but Brands Hatch produced
the closed finish in BTCC history when Plato crossed the line just 0.015s
ahead of Tom Chilton’s Team Aon Ford Focus, on his way to becoming only
the second driver in the modern touring car era to win all three races
in one day. |

Classic Sports Car Championship

Single seater stars of the
future will be going head-to-head on the Brands Hatch Indy circuit in the
opening round of the 2010 Formula Palmer Audi Championship. FPA is a premier
training ground for international motorsport talent, as its identical specification
cars allow driver skill to shine through above technical advantage. Brands
Hatch will host the first event of the 2010 title race and with a £100,000
Formula Two scholarship – the biggest prize in British motorsport – on
offer to the overall champion, expect some fierce battles and strong displays
of driver determination from the outset. Formula Palmer Audi will be joined
by a packed programme of racing from the Classic Sports Car Championships
including the Jaguar Saloon Championship, CSCC Tin Tops and Magnificent
Sevens. |

The majestic Brands Hatch
Grand Prix circuit will reverberate to the distinctive sounds of classic
sports cars and single seaters at the Masters Historic Festival over
May Bank Holiday.
The Masters Festival is a celebration of vehicles from the golden age
of motorsport, which begins a packed programme of historic tin top racing
on the Indy circuit on Saturday.
On Sunday and Monday, the festival moves over to the GP circuit for
some evocative racing from the Grand Prix Masters series, featuring classic
F1 cars from the 1960s and 70s. There will also be plenty of supercar
muscle from the World Sportscar Masters Series, featuring iconic marques
such as Chevron, Lola, Ferrari and Porsche. |

BARC Club Car Championship |
The British Automobile
Racing Club arrives at Brands Hatch for its first visit to the Kent circuit
in 2010, featuring an exciting mix of classic machinery.
Amongst the vehicles competing over the two day event will be a huge
array of touring cars from the past half century. There will be tin top
racing across several categories including Pre ’93 Touring Cars, Classic
Group 1 Touring Cars and Post Historic Touring Cars.
Other highlights include single seater action from the Classic Formula
Ford 1600 Series, plust the BARC Classic Clubmans and Clubmans Cup competitions
and the Classic Thunder Saloons. |

BRSCC Car
Championship |
Since it was first formed
in 1946, the British Racing and Sports Car Club has become a cornerstone
in the UK’s grass roots car racing scene, and the organisation makes
its first 2010 appearance at Brands Hatch in June.
Highlights of the BRSCC’s visit to Kent include single seater racing
from the Southern Formula Ford Championship, Club F3 and the Formula
Jedi Championship.
There will also be a double dose of Mini racing from the Mighty Minis
and Super Mighty Minis, plus saloon car action from the Dunlop TVR Challenge,
Intermarque, Euro Saloons and the Ma5da MX5 Championship. |

The World Touring Cars and the FIA F2 Championship

The FIA World Touring
Car and Formula Two Championships return to the Kent circuit this July
as Brands Hatch plays host to its first international event of the year.
The WTCC features some of the world’s best touring car drivers going
head-to-head around the famous Grand Prix circuit. 2009 saw victories
for Alain Menu and Augusto Farfus in two incident-filled races. This
season, British drivers Andy Priaulx and Rob Huff will be looking to
secure victory on their home track. Alongside the World Touring Cars
is the FIA Formula Two Championship, which is back for a second season.
Andy Soucek scored one of his seven race victories at Brands Hatch in
2009 whilst Austrian Philipp Eng scored his first win of the season after
a race-long battle with Soucek. Brands Hatch will be hosting Rounds 11
and 12 in the championship and could be a key turning point in the race
for the title and the prize of a test drive with the Williams Formula
One team. |

together two of the world’s most popular sports football and motor racing

will feature a powerful fleet of 750-bhp V12-powered single seaters bearing
the colours of leading international football teams including Liverpool
FC, Tottenham Hotspur and AC Milan. It’s not just the teams that are famous
in Superleague; a number of former F1 drivers have competed in the series
including ex-Toro Rosso racer Sebastien Bourdais, Giorgio Pantano, Robert

on the Kent circuit. The world’s fastest touring cars feature some of
the biggest names in the sport including former F1 drivers such as Ralf
Schumacher plus some of the best British talent including 2009 championship
runner-up Gary Paffett from Bromley.
Paul Di Resta led the Audi duo of Timo Scheider and Martin Tomczyk to
victory at Brands Hatch in 2009 – the 150th victory for Mercedes Benz.
2010 is sure to be a memorable race as the fire-spitting, 470bhp cars

The Cooper Tires British
F3 International Series reaches a dramatic climax at Brands Hatch on
25/26 September, in a thrilling double headline meeting with the Avon
Tyres British GT Championship.
British F3 is a proven stepping stone to Formula One for talented young
drivers, with Ayrton Senna and 2009 F1 World Champion Jenson Button among
the series’ graduates. This year’s rising will go head-to-head for the
final time at Brands Hatch when the championship chase reaches its conclusion
on the Grand Prix circuit.
Meanwhile, famous marques including Ferrari, Aston Martin, Dodge and
Lotus will be taking to the track in Avon Tyres British GT Championship
for two one-hour endurance races, both of which will feature mandatory

the final rounds of the season at Brands Hatch. However, the unpredictable
nature of truck racing could see a number of drivers take victory in
